Miss represented online. Catfish photos. Service non existent and front desk staff enept. Noise at night from staff in dining area is very disturbing. Asked for room to be serviced on way out at 9.30am and still not done at 2pm. …

My guests stayed there for two nights. It charges at five star rates and even AC has to be paid for as extra charge. No soap, razor, shampoo etc, basic amenities provided by hotels. Room smelled of sewage from the nearby area. Commode covers were broken and the taps in the bath room too were broken. Horrible experience and not a hotel to be as they claim or advertise. Terrible!

The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance of Lulu, offering ease of access to the shopping center. However, it's worth noting that the proximity of the car parking to the hotel may pose a challenge, particularly when transporting luggage to the rooms, especially with children. The accommodation, albeit priced at a certain level, may be perceived as cramped, and the lighting in the rooms appears to be suboptimal. Additionally, our room featured an aging air conditioning unit with noticeable water droplets. Service-related issues were encountered, such as delays in obtaining a bucket and mug despite multiple requests, resulting in a 45-minute wait. Furthermore, the morning breakfast experience was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement. Cleanliness standards in the rooms could be elevated, and a greater emphasis on prioritizing customer service is recommended.

Awful hotel. Unresponsive and enept front desk. Service is non exsistant with room servicing on a go slow. Room still not serviced at 2pm after 9.30am request. Corridors littered with dirty food plates still - into afternoon. Noise at night from 3 floor restaurant is very disruptive. Don't touch this place.

I highly recommend "AURA ONE" Hotel to anyone visiting (Edappally)Ernakulam.The hotel offers top-notch accommodations, outstanding service, and a convenient location. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional customer service. The staff made me feel welcome and attended to my needs promptly. Very Very Very poor service in this hotel. Plz do not visit this hotel.front desk guys were worst and indifferent, he don't know basic knowledge how to handle guest. Bathroom also Very bad smell, I entered the room that time AC parts cover ,filter and other parts they keeped in bed and floor.the front desk guy given Very Very poor service.

While the room was clean and the workers prompt and courteous, the facility was not up to the mark. The mattress was sagging and there was lots of noise as if monkeys were jumping around on the roof... disturbed sleep at night...

Very very poor service. Please do not visit this hotel as they are very unprofessional 1. Ac working but not cooling 2. No Telephone available 3. Poor cleaning 4. Rooms are filthy and unhygienic 5. If you request for any basic services like Dental kit and bath kit will give otherwise will not give anything 6.Toilet will be very unhygienic 7.Rooms are very small not worth in 2500 RS
